Your Driving Instructor.Your Driving Instructor will be enthusiastic, offering you the best in value for your money and ensure you will gain the full benefit of the time you have during your driving lessons. This means being in a stress free environment so that you can enjoy learning new skills and have while you learn to drive. In addition, you be able practice developing your driving skills and self confidence. From your very first lesson you will have the opportunity to drive a car, feel how the car responds when you use the car controls, join in with other road users and gain some experience. "but the other drivers will know I'm a learner driver?" Actually, they don't know! They just see another driver. Just because there is an L Plate on your car does not mean other drivers see you as a learner. How could they possibly know if the driver were a learner or qualified driver, if your Instructor were driving? That's correct, they don't know, so we won't tell them!! Don't concern yourself with this, concentrate on your own driving because that's what we (yes we) drivers expect of each other! Our Instructors have all gained their qualifications by passing stringent examinations and tests set by the Driving Standards Agency. This enabled them to achieve professional status in becoming Approved Driving Instructors DSA ADI. DSA Qualified Instructors undergo Check Tests by the DSA and are subsequently Graded. Grades 1, 2 & 3 are substandard whereas Grades 4, 5 & 6 are the pass grades. A Grade 4 Instructor is recognised as being Adequate Grade 5 Instructor is recognised as being Good. A Grade 6 Instructor is recognised as being very Good. Carry On Driving ADI's hold a minimum Grade 5. |
